WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Below you will find the estimated delivery times:

Please note: During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, there may be delays with shipping services.
We ship with Bpost , PostNL and DLH Post , depending on your location.
CANCEL ORDER
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within the first 24 hours after placing. After 24 hours, cancellation or modification requests may be denied. If you notice a problem with your order or shipping address immediately after checkout, please contact us immediately at info@anua-vera.com .
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. AnuaVera™ is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an undeliverable address is provided, the order cannot be shipped to the requested address, and all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If a customer notices an error in the shipping address after checkout, it is their responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@anua-vera.com .
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck or lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. In such cases, since the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for when these situations may apply to your shipment.
